Islamic law

 are the rules and regulations relating to human life based on the Qur'an and the Hadith.

Islamic law is commonly called Islamic law.



B.Mukalaf

  Mukalaf is an adult Muslim who is obligated to carry out Islamic law (Islamic law). The adult limit here is if a person has reached a puberty,



That's perfectly rational (has been able to distinguish good and bad). And for boys have gone out of semen, or have dreaming wet, or have been 15 years old.



While for girls have menstruation, the outbreak of dirty blood from her womb, and was 9 years old.


C.Lima of Islamic Law

  1.Wajib

      Compulsory is a charity (action) which when performed reward and when left guilty. Another is compulsory is fardhu.



Required / fardhu di share to be 2:

A. Obligatory fardhu ain, meaning charity (action) that must be done by every mukalaf (individual obligation) for example do prayer 5 time, ramadhan fasting, and some.



B.wajib / fardhu kifayah, meaning charity (action) which is done by some muhalaf only, while the other is free from that duty. But if nobody does it, then all the people in the area are sinful , for example, bathing the corpse (body), obedience (wrapping) .powering and burying it.





2.Sunat

 Circumcision is charity (action) which when performed reward and when left without sin.



Circumcision in share is 2:

A. Sunat Muakkad, meaning circumcision is strongly advised to track it and do not leave it, for example shawawat tarawih, prayers idul fitri and idul adha, prayer tahajud, prayer two, and others.



B. Sunat Ghairu Mukkad, which means circumcision is recommended, but not sepkting sunnah mukkad because rasullulah sometimes do it, suppose pray circumcision 2 rakaat before evening, 4 rakaat before ashar and others.





3.Haram

 Haram is a charity that when it comes to getting sin and when abandoned it is rewarded, for example, adultery to drink, to steal, to deceive, to lie, to disobedient to father, and to some.



4.Makruh

Makruh is a charity that when done without sin, and when left behind is rewarded. Briefly what is called makruh is an act that should be left behind, for example smoking, eating petai, jengkol, raw onion, and so on.



5. Change

Mubah is the charity (work) that is done or left behind is not rewarded and innocent. In other words, charity (deed) which can be done and can not be done. , for example, eating, drinking, sleeping, and some.



D. Terms

Terms are terms or deeds which must be fulfilled in advance of a job. Without complying with the provisions or deeds, an occupation is unlawful, for example, covering aurat before performing prayers, and so forth.



E.Rukun

harmony is a provision or act that must be fulfilled such provision or act, an unauthorized worker, such as reading a letter of al fatihah in prayer, and so forth.



F. Val

Certainly the terms and the rukunnya have been fulfilled. Misalka. , a person's prayer is considered valid if the prayer is performed according to the conditions and the rukunnya which has been determined, and is done correctly.



G.batal

Undeleting the terms and conditions have not been fulfilled or have been fulfilled but not done correctly.
